Covid-19

Information for patients

Following the Covid-19 outbreak, we are now open and providing a full range of dental treatments.

The safety of patients and our staff is our priority and consequently you will notice many changes to the way we work and your future visits to the practice.

Please attend alone unless a carer is needed or accompanying a child.

When you arrive at the practice the door will be locked so please ring the doorbell. The nurse will come down to let you in.

We screen patients before entry to the practice and take your temperature on arrival and ask that you use the hand sanitiser.

In addition to our normal strict cross infection procedures, we have increased our hygiene measures. We will be wearing additional PPE.

We have a filtration unit called the Virus Killer which helps clear the aerosol in the surgery during and after treatment. We will have the window open to allow fresh air in so you may want to wrap up warm when attending.

Please do not come to the practice unless you have an appointment. Contact us by phone or email first.

We are not able to see as many patients in a day as we did pre-Covid due to the fallow time between patients and the additonal cleaning but will do our best to provide you with an appointment.

Thank you to all our patients for your understanding during this pandemic and look forward to seeing you.
